Onion rings
Onion rings are a delicious and crunchy dish, perfect as an appetizer or side dish. They are prepared by cutting the onion into thin slices and separating the rings. These are then dipped in a batter made from flour, eggs and seasonings such as salt, pepper and spices to taste. Once evenly coated, the rings are fried in hot oil until golden brown and crispy. They can be served alone or accompanied by sauces such as mayonnaise, ketchup or barbecue sauce. Delicious and irresistible!
